MATERIALS:

This candle is hand-poured and contains simple ingredients- coconut apricot wax, a wooden wick made from FSC Certified Wood, and perfume grade fragrance and essential oils. The vessel is iridescent glass.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This information should have been sent to you via email. If you do not have this information, contact us at support@dolcevincicandleco.com to request this information. We will need your name, address, the date of purchase, item purchased and the total transaction amount.

Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

LET THE WAX POOL: The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts as close as possible to the edge of the glass vessel. Wax has “memory,” so if it is extinguished with a partial pool, that will prevent a full, even pool from forming in the future.

FOUR & TWO RULE: It is recommended that after burning for four hours, candles be extinguished, allowed to cool for two hours, and trimmed before relighting.

WICK CARE: Trim the wick each time you light the candle. We recommend lighting a wick that is 1/4” in length.

KEEP IT CLEAN: Do not allow wick trimmings, dust, or other materials to accumulate in the wax pool.

MORE ON THE BOTTOM: To ensure safety and longevity, be sure to check the bottom of your candle for additional instructions, including details on when to discontinue use.
